How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
Once and order has been placed, it takes 1-2 business days for the order to process. Shipping time varies by product. All items will take between 2-4 weeks to ship, depending if the item is in stock. Most items, will take less than 2 to ship. All accessories are hand made and may take up to 4 weeks to ship if not in stock.
Will my items come ready to wear?
Products will NOT arrive ready to wear. Items such as gowns and veils will need to be steamed, as they will be folded during shipment. For ball gown and A-line style bridal gowns, crinoline underneath will also need to be steamed prior to being worn.
Can I choose to donate to all of the charities listed?
Absolutely! If you would like to donate to all of the charities, we will just divvy up the 3% of your purchase among them.
How do I know which size dress to order?
Please refer to our size chart listed under "Customer Care" at the bottom of the home screen. On that page, there will be a guide teaching you how to measure yourself in the correct spots, in order to size yourself correctly. Make sure you using the correct size chart. Size charts differ based on designer.
Will the dress fit my measurements perfectly when it arrives?
No! We do not offer special measurements. Our size chart is simply to order you the dress that is closest to your size. You will most likely need some alterations on the dress, once it arrives.
Most people will order the dress according the their largest measurement.
For example, if your bust is measuring into a size 12, but your waist and hips are measuring into an 8, you would need to order the size 12 and then later get alterations in order for it to fit correctly in your waist and hips.

Can I send my dress back in for alterations?
Unfortunately, we do not provide alterations for your gown. We suggest researching bridal gown tailors in your area.
Can I try on the dress at home first and send it back?
Unfortunately, we do not have a "try at home" option yet. We hope to have it as an option on our site soon, so keep a look out for it!
Will I receive a full refund for my items, if I need to return?
3% of your purchase will never be refunded as that percent is automatically donated to the charity of your choosing. Please visit our "Returns" page for more information.
